Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled.
If an event is officially cancelled, ticket purchasers will receive a full refund to the original payment method whenever possible. If a payment processor is unable to issue a refund automatically, we will work directly with the purchaser to arrange reimbursement.
Event postponements or venue changes are not considered cancellations unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your merch purchase.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery or purchase, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be free of damage, odors, stains, or excessive wear
- Original order information or proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on merchandise unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
